Inspection of surplus items: Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 8am - 12pm at Public Works
Department, 4300 NW 36th Street, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319. There are NO exceptions.
Bid Instructions. Bids must be properly identified and sealed. Bidder must
complete the bidder form. Bidder Forms are included here or can be picked up from City Hall.
Incomplete Bidder Form may result in rejection of bid.
The highest bidder per unit of property will be notified the week of February 12th, 2018. Payment must be made within 3 business days. Pick-up of auction items must be made within 3 business days at the expense of the new owner.
The City makes no warranty or guarantee to the condition, year of manufacture, model number, or
operation of any unit of property. All sales are final.
Forms of payment accepted: cashier checks, money order, or credit/debit card.
Terms: All items MUST be removed within 3 business days. NO REFUNDS. No Saturday or Sunday
removal or pick-up. If you cannot remove auction items within this allotted time frame, please do not bid on the auction items.
