Lauderdale Lakes, Florida the “We Care” City is centrally located in the “Heart of Broward County” which is one of Florida’s most populous counties. The city with over 36,000 residents is located along the highly traveled State Road 7, between I-95 and the Florida Turnpike 6 miles northwest of Fort Lauderdale and 30 miles north of Miami. The downtown of Lauderdale Lakes includes thoroughfares such as West Oakland Boulevard and State Road 7 with approximately 100,000 cars passing thru.

Lauderdale Lakes is home to a commercial industrial park, a community redevelopment district and a growing diverse business sectors – retail trade, professional and healthcare services that comprised approximately 33% of 1,200 businesses (Esri 2019) that call Lauderdale Lakes home.  Additionally, it is experiencing significant growth in real estate development with over 45 million in planned and construction projects to be completed in the next few years.
