Commercial Facade Improvement Program
The Lauderdale Lakes CRA Commercial Facade Improvement Program (CFIP) is designed to improve commercial storefront property located in Community Redevelopment Agency target areas. Support funding is made available on a competitive basis to approved property owners by reimbursing up to 50% (or 75% upon meeting specified criteria) of the eligible project costs in relation to the budget allocation. Development Assistance Program
The Lauderdale Lakes CRA Development Assistance Program (DAP) is designed specifically to encourage new development within the CRA area. This program applies to the construction of residential, commercial or mixed-use development primarily along Oakland Park Boulevard and State Road 7 Corridor. Support funding is made available on a competitive basis to approved property owners by reimbursing up to seventy five (75%) of the eligible project costs in relation to the budget allocation and zone. The Lauderdale Lakes Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Residential Preservation and Enhancement Program (RPEP) is a pilot program designed to revitalize the CRA district with a focus on residential units in the proposed NW 31 Avenue Overlay District. To encourage redevelopment, the Lauderdale Lakes CRA will allocate funds specifically focused on facade improvements and associated exterior features. Support funding is made available on a competitive basis to approved property owners by reimbursing up to eighty percent (80%) of the eligible project costs in relation to the budget allocation.
